If a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth millions. The opportunity to show many different people and locations in motion and with sound let’s you provide much more extensive information about your event, business, and your personality.
Why on TimeOutTampa ?
Our traffic to our websites will guarantee visibility to your video. Additionally, through our sites we provide you with a third party connection to your video. The last reason is our cost. While we are not here to produce an academy award winning film, we can effectively deliver your message and image at a very reasonable cost for almost any group, business, or organization
How long can our video last ?
We work with you to help determine that. Your video is not limited to any particular length, but we want to be sure that it is long enough to cover the details of your message and short enough to keep viewer interest.
Is there a direct internet link to our video ?
Each video has its own url or link description. That means you can link people directly to your exclusive video.
How long will our video be posted ?
The video will stay available for viewing for at least one year from date of posting, however, we expect to keep it available for much longer than that. And of course, should you want it removed sooner, it can be removed upon your request.
Where will we do the video camera shooting ?
The location is up to you. We have a studio at our offices available for your use or we can come to your location or another agreed upon location. While we do charge an additional fee to visit another location, that amount is minimal.

Why would our non-profit group want to be on TimeOutTampa ?
Many of today’s non-profit groups have discovered that providing their guests with high end events has provided an increase in the total amount received. TimeOutTampa can showcase that event for use before and afterward. Our video coverage can add additional recognition to sponsors and can serve to remind participants of the quality of the event in preparation for the next one.
How long is this going to take ?
After an initial consultation we will schedule our production event. Total time for a 20 minute video should be less than 3 hours. The video should be available online within 48 hours of production completion.
What do we have to do to get a video underway ?

How much is this going to cost ?
You can anticipate your total cost from inception to completion to be from $250 to $1000. In certain cases, costs could be more. We can assist you in whatever production you would like, want your video to be produced on a yacht in the middle of Tampa Bay, NO PROBLEM, BUT it will probably cost more.
